Unlike other property management companies, we DO NOT have any schemes like pet protection or eviction protection plans for owners or tenants benefit package for tenants, and we DO NOT charge you a hefty amount every month. We always go above and beyond to prevent these issues from arising in the first place.
No hidden fees or gimmicks. We encourage you to thoroughly read the management agreement. We are transparent and will inform you about all the fees and expenses upfront you are responsible for, so you won’t be surprised.
We DO NOT use any markup from vendors for any property repairs and maintenance. We always go above and beyond and find the best vendors by collecting multiple (at least 3) quotes to provide high-quality service while keeping costs low. This ensures that both tenants and owners are not inconvenienced without spending a lot of money/time or compromising the property’s quality.
NO RENT, NO PAY. Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT charge any management fees for non-paying tenants or during any eviction process.
Unlike our competitors, our owners/landlords retain the pet fee or any late fees to maximize their profits. We, on the other hand, only charge the management fees on all the fees.
